Shipping Policy

At Emmielyss Designs, every item is handmade with love—and that takes a little time! Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 5–7 business days. If your item is customized or made-to-order, it may take just a bit longer, but I’ll always keep you updated.

Holiday Season Note:
During the busy holiday season, processing times may be slightly longer. I truly appreciate your patience and will always do my best to accommodate any special timing requests—just reach out before placing your order!

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way. I currently ship within the United States only, via USPS. Standard shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Local Pickup:
If you’re located in Eastern Nassau County, Long Island, you can select local pickup at checkout. I’ll reach out via email to coordinate a pickup time that works for both of us.
